Meet Cady

Hi, I’m Cady (she/her). I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a Certified Grief-Informed Professional. I work with clients navigating grief and loss, infertility and miscarriage, and adjustment to big life transitions such as new parenthood, recent breakups, or medical diagnoses.

I completed my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and had my first baby in 2023. I like to think I was completing a double major.

A theme in my life has been learning how to accept uncertainty and build trust in my relationships with self and others. These themes often come up with clients who are in life transitions or coping with grief and loss. It can feel scary when the outcome we hope for doesn’t match reality. It can feel hopeless when it feels like we’ve tried every possible solution and nothing seems to be working.

Grief is a companion through loss of pregnancies and loved ones, traumatic medical outcomes, lost hopes and dreams, and loss of self identity. I work with clients to help them find acceptance and make meaning of their grief or adjustment challenges. Together we sort through the pieces of your soul, and start to put them back together into a new iteration of self.
